<p><strong>Friday, February 11th, 2011 to Monday, Febraury 14th, 2011</strong>, we will be featuring a wonderful 3<strong>, 4 or 5 Course Dinner option</strong>.  For those wanting to enjoy a dining experience like no other&#8230;the <strong>5 Course</strong> option may be your preference.  Begin with your choice of <strong>Baked French Onion</strong> <strong>Soup</strong> or <strong>Crab Bisque</strong>, followed by your Salad selection (<strong>Classic Caesar, Suzanne&#8217;s Salad Supreme or Marinated Portabella)</strong>.  Relax and unwind as you sample some of our favorite Appetizers served to you on a platter and then you will definitely want to take a break before your main Entree, which includes items such as the <strong>Blue Cheese and Escargot Filet</strong>, <strong>Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding, Greek Style Stuffed Chicken</strong> <strong>Supreme, New Zealand Rack of Lamb with Port Reduction, Sake Poached Salmon with Wasabi Aioli and Caviar or Lobster Ravioli with Giant Prawn in a Spicy Cream Sauce</strong>.  Finally, to cap off the night, choose between our <strong>Rich Creme Brulee</strong> infused with just the right amount of Liqueur, <strong>Callebaut Chocolate Cheese Cake</strong>, <strong>Tiramisu </strong>or try one of our delicious specialty <strong>Coffee Drinks</strong>&#8230;available regular or decaf. </p>

<p>Looking for something a little more&#8230;try out<strong> 4 Course Dinner</strong> option for <strong>$60/person</strong>.  This includes your Soup (Seafood Chowder or Spicy Pumpkin Bisque), Salad (Bistro Style Caesar Salad, Suzanne&#8217;s Salad Supreme or Marinated Portabella Salad), Entree Choice includes; Stuffed Chicken Supreme, Sake Poached Salmon with Wasabi Aioli and Caviar, Steak Neptune with Alaskan Crab and Hollandaise, Triple &#8220;A&#8221; Alberta Prime Rib of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding and Burgundy au Jus or Mixed Seafood Linguine.  Of Course No dinner is complete without one of our delicious Desserts.  Callebaut Chocolate Cheese Cake, Baked Apple ala Mode with Hot Buttered Rum Sauce or Creme Brulee delicately infused with liqueur, just to name a few.</p>
